And often the difference we desire impacts the lives of those around us as much as our own. That’s where Justin Maust, founder of Leader Legacy and a motivational speaker and business coach — marked his own change by helping others meet the challenge.
Justin’s beginnings as a motivational coach date well before Leader Legacy, when as a successful financial advisor, he decided to change course and help his brother launch Five Star in 2004. The after-school leadership program adopted a mission of inspiring students and helping them reach their potential.
“I’m a massive believer in purpose,” Justin shares. “It takes a tremendous amount of courage to pursue purpose over a paycheck. … I believed in [Five Star]. I believed in my brother. And I felt like God had something planned for me in that opportunity.”
